The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to design and implement technical solutions for the company. They will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and work closely with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Tech Lead will also participate in the development of technical roadmaps and strategies, and collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies and technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and services.
• A degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Experience with mentoring and coaching team members.
