- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management and research.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A degree in business administration or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO.
- Manage calendar and schedule appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist with project management and research.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external contacts.
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents and presentations for the CEO.
- Attend and take minutes at meetings as required.
