  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management and research.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A degree in business administration or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Manage calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with project management and research.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments or external contacts.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit documents and presentations for the CEO.
  • Attend and take minutes at meetings as required.
