A Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for the company. This role involves researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential new clients and partners, and developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and new markets
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and insights
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to generate new business
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to develop and deliver solutions for clients
• Monitor and track the progress of sales and marketing efforts, and make adjustments as needed
• Stay up to date with industry developments and trends, and share this knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel, as required
