- 5+ years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with accounting software and tools.
- A degree in accounting or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
- Perform tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, such as tax filing and reporting.
- Provide financial advice to management and assist in decision making by providing financial analysis and forecasting.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
