They will develop solutions to improve business operations and increase efficiency, and work closely with IT teams to ensure the solutions are technically feasible and align with company goals.

• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role.
• Strong understanding of business process and systems analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with project management.
• A degree in business, computer science or a related field.
